Today the experts of ALB-Architect, together with the UNOPS team, are in Brazzaville, Republic of the Congo as a follow-up of the project “Condition Survey of World Health Organization Owned Real Estate”. The main objective of the assignment is to conduct a comparable condition assessment of WHO-owned real estate assets in order to know the existing condition of assists, and what investment are required in order to provide a long-lasting intervention. This mission is one of the biggest projects of this contract, made of the main building, 7 apartments and 57 villas. In spite of the COVID 19 situation, ALB-Architect is working on international projects to achieve their goals on time.
