Alb Architect successfully completed the "Pilot Incentives for Household Investment in Energy Efficiency (PIEE) Project of the Millennium Foundation Kosovo (MFK) funded by the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) with its overarching objective to reduce the gap between energy demand and supply, reducing energy use through household energy efficiency investments.
The overall objective of our company was to assist MFK as a Supervisory Consultant (CS) regarding Quality Control (QC), which included the supervision and monitoring of works and activities performed and managed by the Implementation Consultant (IC).
Household Incentives for Energy Efficiency were implemented through the following sub-activities:
-Household Efficiency Retrofits (HER) Intervention Package
-Apartment Building Efficiency Retrofits (AER) Intervention Package
-Women Energy Entrepreneur Technical Assistance and Grant (WEE) Intervention Package
