The experts of ALB-Architect, together with the UNOPS team, are in Juba, South Sudan within the project “Condition Survey of World Health Organization Owned Real Estate”.
The main objective of the assignment is to conduct a comparable condition assessment of WHO-owned real estate assets in order to know the existing condition of assists, and what investments are required in the next 10 years to provide a long-lasting intervention.
