Required qualifications
- University degree bachelor's or master's (preferable) - THERMO-ENERGETICS Department;
- Good knowledge of English in speaking and writing;
- Previous work experience (preferable);
- Basic knowledge of engineering application programs;
- Teamwork skills.
Description of duties and responsibilities
- Assist with mechanical design drawings;
- Discuss project requirements with the team;
- Organize files and materials;
- Supports senior management and other teams in preparing notes, minutes, routine correspondence, presentations, and other required documents/texts;
- Supports senior management and field teams in consolidating data from various actions and activities and reviews these for accuracy and compliance with established formats to support implementation, monitoring, and analytics;
- Assists senior management and field team with general administrative support.
